Just had a mental breakdown because of a teammate on my film

The entire day I was suffering. I ||skipped breakfast because I slept in due to filming the night before because he insisted. I don’t get lunch because he gave me a small break less than ten minutes and I couldn’t get lunch.|| We were outside filming and I was sweating and feeling dizzy and seeing blurry. he insist we keep shooting but I felt tired. I tell my team I need to go the nurses and that he says “why?” and I explain. I get some meds but does that help me? No. I keep filming in the damn heat while I’m falling apart internally but I have to say “I’m fine”. I get a break and go to my room and just try to rest while I’m starving and I get more dizzy. Dinner time comes and I eat but I feel dizzy and my headache increases as I eat. I go to the masterclass and later on to my friend’s music performance and walk back. As I go back to my dorm, I meet him and they don’t seemed phased by how I tell them I’ve been feeling all day. They basically say “suck it up” and continue to work but I just couldn’t contain it any longer. My mom was on call and heard it all. I broke down and cried with my mom but she helped me. Long story short, tmrw imma go talk to a teacher and to the counselors
