If you look at the top row on pc or go into the side bar on mobile there is a tab called "members" if you click on that there will be a list of staff members, before messaging them I would simply double check their activity to make sure you are messaging someone who will respond to you as soon as possible. And truly I can't answer if they are bad people, those who will approach you in private are and please do not engage with them but some just simply post on their pages with things that might be a bit vulgar but typically they are spoiler so you don't have to worry unless you open them which I advise you do not do. I trust that you will do your best to be safe and that you will reach out for help if you need it.
