ugh summer school probably suck but I hope you do take some time to relax before and in between those tests because they are stressful. anyways only one more month of school till summer so lets all look forward to that!Please, i tell you. As soon as i saw this thread i clicked on it. Nothing personal has been happing but im just failing a few classes and i have to redo a bunch of tests in order to raise my grade and we have one more month of school and i want to avoid summer school. i know how much overthinking sucks but just know when overthinking old memories that they are just old memories and you cant change them so don't feel bad or sad about them at all. look forward to the future and just make new memories that you'll look back on with a smile!the source of my stress these days is overthinking. i have nothing going on right now so i tend to wonder and think a lot so then that leads me to remember and overthink old memories. they make me sad and idk how to get out my mind and relieve my stress :<

if it makes you feel better, you should remember that they are old and you cant change them and thinking back to them wont help solve anything so instead you should focus on having fun in life so when you look back at those memories you'll have a smile on your face!I can relate. there are some medicines out there that you can take to lower your anxiety so you should go check those out because they help a lot! please remember that things do get better <3i don't really know what to do with myself anymore. i have really bad anxiety really often, but it's like- rly bad now? i don't know if my body is tryna tell me sum but ion like it. and i've just been really dysphoric and sad and angry- idk why sifhjsnrwnjwjeje![]()
