Yes we should scale back.
We are not in a situation rn where we need to be spending hundreds of millions of dollars. If it were WW3 then yes, but not now.
With that extra money we could have nationwide healthcare, free college, and so many other things.
I'm not saying we should drastically cut their funding or anything, but there are definitely places that have a surplus that we could apply to other important causes. Also this is definitely not me hating on the military or those that serve. I have an immense amount of respect for most of the men and women that serve our country, This is more about the institution and the government.

Oh, of course. My father himself served in the army, and I actually would like to become a medic in any branch of military. We have some of the strongest military might in the world, and yet we keep spending more on equipment.
Truly, the only thing we do not have enough of is able-bodied men and women. Many people today do not wish to join the military, and money cannot buy patriotism.
I believe that we should focus on money elsewhere, like you said. Healthcare reforms, the education system (which is shot to bits), homelessness, there are so many areas in which a little funding can go a long way.

I don't know enough about pop tarts, lol. I mean, it sounds like ravioli. But isn't ravioli typically baked? Pop tarts aren't, therefore, they wouldn't be ravioli.

pepper. you can have more without feeling gross. it also actually seasons whatever you’re putting it on. but salt is easier to obtain

I'm sort of on the same boat, salt just ruins things if you put too much, and too much in salt terms is like, a pinch. But pepper makes you sneeze >~<

yea pepper does make a lot of people sneeze :l but i still prefer it! ^^
