Aw that's so sweet of you. Personally, I want to get rid of my anxiety, it's stressing me out so much...I don't know if that's a privileged problem but it's the only problem I've been having the most for a long time lmao
I love your profile/signature :)

I need tips for better time management

i know this is late. i am not dealing well with my life right now. especially on top of sulli.

my biggest time management issue is procrastination. it's a defense mechanism that stops me from trying, assuming i'll fail, so i won't hurt myself. i had to deal with that first. i spent time becoming okay with myself making mistakes and being me.

on the other hand, you need to prioritize and be okay with turning in assignments that aren't your best. get a planner and use the life out of it. put the most useless things on there, like drinking 4 bottles of water, just to get that satisfaction of a checkmark.

remember that you are allowed to have a social life. but instead of going out to see friends everyday, try video calling and doing work concurrently. have fun and balance things you like doing and things you don't like doing but need. assuming your in school, use the time you get in class to work then talk later.

anything else? :)

your struggle is valid. you are valid.

i personally start small. even if it seems miniscule to other people, it would take me hours to get courage. i started with texting my friends first. and if they didn't respond, i'd be okay with it. they have a life and i learned not to let my happiness rely on other people's impressions of me. that was the hardest thing to learn.

then i started inviting my friends over and asking them to hang out. if they couldn't come over or hang out, i'd invite any one else or just have me-time.

also, you need to find the root cause of your stress before you can fix it. that's your first step. sorry if this is out of order, my mind is jumbled.

How does someone socially awkward like myself gain confidence to be able to talk to people

i had this problem, too. the first thing i did, was starting conversations with family and friends out of the blue. but i would not stress over it. if they responded, cool. if they didnt, cool. i needed to learn that their world does not revolve around me, but my world does revolve our myself. so i put myself in charge of my own happiness, and thus gained a shit ton of confidence. i also walked around listening to ashnikko, nikki minaj, cardi b, jessi, lady gaga, basically anyone that gave me CONFIDENCE.

i would start by smiling at someone who was a shy as me. then i would slowly start talking to them. i kept the subjects bare, about what classes she took, what she liked and disliked, about homework or any events that happened at school or in the town. eventually, the awkwardness wears off. you just have to stick around until it does, and that's the hardest part. then you gain one friend! and together you can take over the world
