Sweaty palms and feet

Is there anybody with sweaty palms and feets? What do you for that? It always interfere with me during exams and study time. I also have wrinkles due to that. Any solutions??

i mostly have sweaty palms from genetics, but i would use baby powder or flour when its like at home, for school im not sure, but i would always keep a napkin or tissue in my pocket to wipe my hands with it ^^

Same, but I don't know the cause. It's not genetics for me.

if its excessive it could be a slight sign of hyperhidrosis, buy the primary type which is rlly common and is common around those areas you mentioned
