It is an actor management company jointly established by Kim Min Soo and Yang Sung Min from CJ E&M. Since its establishment, it has recruited Lim Soo-jung and Shin Hye-sun as the first artists under their name. Since co-chairman Yang Sung Min’s resignation in 2018, Kim Min-soo is the only CEO.
