He has a couple tattoo on his wrist, matching with his wife Kim Saeun. He was first spotted with this on July 22nd, 2015. The meaning behind it is S+S meaning Saeun has Sungmin and Sungmin has Saeun.

On his left index finger he has a tattoo of what seems to be wings? No one knows what it is. He has not explained the meaning behind this tattoo or what it is.

On his left wrist he has a tattoo of writing that says “make the earth move”, this is a couple tattoo with his wife Kim Saeun. He was first seen with this tattoo in 2016 in an instagram picture. He has not explained the meaning behind this tattoo.
