GENIC is a 7 member Japanese CO-ED group under AVEX. The group got formed trough the survival program “a-genic PROJECT” in 2019 and released their first pre-debut MV in December 2019 with the song 夏恋 (Summer Love) that got produced during the survival program in summer 2019. The group officially debuted on May 27, 2020. In total 14 trainees, 7 male and 7 female participated and 5 male as well as 2 female participants remained to form GENIC.
