Why Jinni left JYP and NMIXX?

This morning, I'm quite shocked when there are plenty of
Jinni left JYP news overwhelming on my newsfeed. Do you know why she makes this decision? I mean she has no signs showing that she's going to leave.

No reason was given other than "personal reasons" but it's pretty well known that that's usually used when something shady is going on. Hopefully she's okay and nothing shady is happening and she just decided to leave on her own. But that is highly unlikely because contract terminations take a long time because of court and whatnot. NMIXX and Jinni wouldn't have been at end of year award shows and promoting if she decided to terminate her contract. JYP probably decided to terminate her contract themselves
Considering there was no hiatus and she had not missed any activities, something regarding the stipulations of her contract could be the reason. It could be because of illness but typically a company will give that as a reason to avoid backlash.
So Jinni could have violated something in her contract.
Of course I could be completely wrong but I think this could be the reason why.
When idols leave a group or a company they usually post some kind of note on social media, so she could potentially reveal the reason there. But she could also not be allowed to reveal the reason due to signing something like a NDA (non-disclosure agreement).
they would say the reason if it's something that she or jyp wouldn't get backlash for. imo, it was probably
1. dating. the jyp dating ban is the first 3yrs since the debut, so this was probably a problem.
2. relationship with the company. it could have been a fight with a staff member or maybe she showed strong dislike of the company.
3. a possible scandal. jyp might have found something in her past that could have been a problem, similar to the Garam scandal.
4. she just didn't like the idol life. this seems the most likely, as the kpop industry is putting more pressure on idols to be perfect
Whatever happened it must be serious because
1. She was a trainee for 6 years, no one puts that amount of training in to give up in the first year
2. Big 3 companies almost NEVER lose an idol, especially not this soon. Losing members so early does not look good for reputation. JYP likely would’ve fought to keep her so it doesn’t reflect bad on their company
3. The fact nothing has been said other than “personal reasons” feels like they’re dodging saying the truth.
All I hope is that everyone is okay and if a rule was broken it wasn’t a major evil one. Like pls just be dating so we can all be outraged by how stupid K-pop’s no dating rule is
That gossip YouTuber Sojang that several idols have sued has posted a video about Jinni. They're claiming that she got kicked out because she was going to motels with another idol named Steve from Younite. They said they have been dating since before Jinni debuted. I have strong doubts that this is true due to the fact that this person has faced legal action multiple times for their lies.
But what makes these allegations super dangerous is the fact that Steve is an adult (2002) and Jinni is still considered a minor (2004). Even baseless allegations like this could mean bad things for Steve. Police investigations, jail time, potentially being labeled a felon, etc.
I really really hope that some kind of clarification is brought forth so that these dumb rumors can be proven false.

I don't really follow NMIXX so I don't know why she would leave out of sudden but reading other posts from people who do it just seems like smth shady happened behind the scenes and she was removed / forced to end her contract.
