closest that i know of for me is rina of weki meki! shes less than a month younger than me.
if im not including the year though, jungkook of bts has the closest since we have the same birthday :>

Subin (Hashtag) is the only idol with which I share my birthday, I have not found anyone else that meets that day. Also, I am very happy because hashtag, despite being a little known group, I love their songs and of course to them, and I am very happy to know that Subin and I met on the same day
