I think it's Mamamoo~
Solar and Wheein are powerful vocals!
their singing techniques is great and their voice is stable!
Hwasa's voice is good too~
Although Moonbyul is the main rapper in the team, her vocal isn't bad, it's suprising!
p.s. I like red velvet vocals too! Especially Wendy's voice. But I like Mamamoo's more~

In terms of power: Solar-Mamamoo, Wendy-Red Velvet, Solji-EXID, Yuju-Gfriend, Jihyo-Twice, Jiwon-fromis_9,Gowoon-Berry Good, Sojung-Ladies Code, and Denise-Secret Number.
All of them have very strong tones and could be considered 'power vocalists'.

As a MAMAMOO ult I think my opinion is pretty solidified

They’re the only K-Pop group with multiple immortal songs wins (3 total)
AND they were the first ever rookie group to win a full episode (with Backwoods)

I think Winter's voice kinda like Rose but I like NingNing's more
NingNing have good vocal techniques ( her voice kinda like Jihyo's) and her voice is powerful and stable

Dreamcatcher's Siyeon!!! Ugh I am a little biased because I'm an Insomnia but she's got a very powerful voice. Her range is incredible and she's got the perfect voice for rock, which is. Obviously what she's good at in DC. Not to mention her other covers and styles are beautiful too (Speechless, Overdose... the list goes on.) she's one of the most powerful singers in this generation for sure.

-wendy from red velvet as well; my only complaint with wendy is that i feel like her voice lacks color. she's very talented and could outsing most everybody, but her voice lacks that wow factor for me. (fun fact: irene's scream notes in rbb are the highest notes ever recorded in a kpop song)
