What is the pro's and con's of living in a mansion

i am wondering what is pro's and con's of living in a mansion

Is it an old mansion or a new mansion?

Pros: It would look cool and show off that you have money (bragging rights), You'd have lots of space and spare rooms to do whatever with (unless you have big family, then it means you have enough room for everyone. Or maybe this mansion is big enough for both.)

Cons: You'd either have to spend a lot of time cleaning it or spend more money to have someone do it for you, people might be more likely to want to rob you cause you clearly have more money.

Those are just the first things that come to mind.

Pros: Lots of space, bragging rights, if you have a mansion you are probably wealthy so you have a lot of expensive and nice stuff.
Cons: Too much space so you could feel lonely, a lot more cleaning, wasting rooms that could be given to people in need, and you have a slightly higher chance of burglary so you would need to spend a lot on a security system.

I guess some pros would be:

• It's spacious
• There's generally a lot of room between you and neighbors depending on where it is
• It can be decorated a lot nicer
• You can have a lot more people over
• You could probably have fun exploring it for awhile
• It's a way to physically display wealth and make yourself look good to others
• If you live with other people you don't have to constantly see them

Cons:

• Bills must be expensive
• They're difficult to upkeep
• A lot of the room can be unnecessary
• Youll probably get held to a higher standard
• Depending on how it's built, you may spend more on gas than you should
• If there's a problem with mold it might take forever to get rid of

Pros: Big, Fun to do stuff in, Bragging rights

Cons: Higher risk of crime, lonely, infestations will be hard to control
