What Instrument (s) do you guys play? (Musicians thread?)

I used to play the Piano but stopped due to my mom forcing me way too much and I convinced her to stop paying for it each saturday.
but i do have a question for people who are fluent in the piano since I'm getting back into it.

how do I play the THICK bar on the note?
not the bar lines, I know ab everything else (ish?)

the eighth note?
i don't play piano, but i know some theory. the thick note just means that it's an eight note, so instead of the count being 1-2-3-4, it's 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & and you play the &s also
so the count for this would be Rest 2 & 3 & 4 &, 1 & 2 & 3 & 4

I play the Clarinet, Saxophone, Piano (learning), Violin, and Drums. I wanna learn how to play the Guitar asap so bad too. As you obv alr know, I'm an upcoming producer as well.

I might be phrasing this in a way that only I'd understand, so sorry in advance, but just like Skyle said it's 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &. For me in my brain that's DUN-dun (1) DUN-dun (2) DUN-dun (3) DUN-dun (4), but all the notes are important so ignore my silly dynamics. Normally it would just be DUN (1) DUN (2) DUN (3) DUN (4). The rest fits in there somehow, blah blah blah.

An eighth note makes up half of a beat. So two eighth notes make up one beat & quarter note. It's kinda like it's double but that's a very bad way of explaining it.

Such a terrible & stupid way of explaining it but I just got home from school so I'm a little dumb rn, plus I just finished a huge collab (don't make music while at school kids it's not good pls don't do this)
