If IZ*ONE didn't disband, they would've been one of the leading girl groups like they were before. IZ*ONE probably would have gone on a world tour, maybe release some more Korean and Japanese albums until their probable disbandment in 2024/2025/2026 (kinda vague and could be any considering they might've renewed their contracts). Eunbi, Yena, Chaeyeon and Yuri probably would hot have been as active solo career-wise as they would've been more invested in group activities which means that Yena might not have released Hate Rodrigo which means that she wouldn't have received hate. Minju would not have been as active as an actress, Nako and Hitomi would not have returned to Japan, etcetera. The group would've become stronger. Some of Kep1er's discography might've gone to IZ*ONE due to both being co-managed by Swing Entertainment. They might've gained more attention if they still released full-length albums. IZ*ONE also would've taken IVE and LESSERAFIM's popularity a lot, especially in Japan. IZ*ONE might've switched concepts due to the ages of members being older, maybe more elegant/mature concepts like Black Dress by CLC, LVLY by Kep1er ect. Overall, the group would have a huge and strong fanbase as well as taking attention away from groups who originally had IZ*ONE members post-disbandment.
IVE:
IVE would've debuted with only 4 members (Gaeul, Rei, Liz and Leeseo). They probably would've gained a different stream if popularity, not from IZ*ONE members Yujin and Wonyoung but from the quality of their songs. I feel like they would've took a bit of a longer time to get out of nugudom. However, the fandom wouldn't be nearly as toxic. The group wouldn't have received Wonyoung hate/love. Honestly, I feel like they would've been a bit more popular than now, especially since less members=more attention in the kpop world. Still the factor of losing Yujin and Wonyoung would deal a lot to IVE.

Gaeul: main dancer, lead rapper, sub vocalist, face of the group, center
Rei: main rapper, lead vocalist, leader
Liz: main vocalist, main dancer
Leeseo: lead rapper, lead dancer, sub vocalist, visual, maknae
LESSERAFIM:
LESSERAFIM also would have 4 members at debut but I think if Sakura and Chaewon weren't added to the group, Garam wouldn't behave been kicked out of the group. Instead, the label would've used Garam's scandal for free publicity. (Garam was also proved innocent according to my not-so-reliable memory). They would probably have a similar amount of popularity as they debuted under the same label as NewJeans and BTS, but they probably would have lost a lot of ex-WIZ*ONES due to no interest in members. Yunjin, Kazuha and Garam would probably be the iconic trio.
