Vegetarian Korean Food?

Hey guys! / 안녕하세요!

So, as a vegetarian who dreams of going to Korea at some point, I was shocked to hear that some local restaurants put fish broth even into vegetable soup. But disregarding this fact, what Korean foods should most likely be vegetarian? (to me, vegetarian means no meat and no fish; but milk, eggs and honey are okay)

Hey @malina_meyer, those are all great vegetarian options suggested by others. If/when you go to Korea, it might help to ask a local guide to help you find vegetarian dishes. I've used https://gowithguide.com/korea before and had a great experience.

Your guide can recommend specific restaurants and help you order vegetarian versions of dishes too. Hope you have an awesome trip exploring the food whenever you make it over!
