30 all-round rookies enter fierce confrontation at "Project 100%"

On Sunday evening, April 20, 2025, the reality show "Project 100%" officially launched.
This is the first stage in the journey to select and train a male idol group according to international standards, with 30 trainees entering a fierce training and elimination round lasting 3 months.
The contestants participating in "Project 100%" will undergo a closed training process, with high intensity and strict standards, simulating the K-pop idol training model.
Each person will be continuously evaluated through periodic tests.
Those who do not meet the requirements will be immediately eliminated from the program.
Contestants participating in the All-round Rookie recruitmentIt is noteworthy that the program not only evaluates performance ability but also requires the "rookies" to demonstrate personal qualities, discipline and adaptability under pressure.
Practice sessions, tests, and daily activities are all recorded, creating a realistic picture of the hard training process behind the stage.
Accompanying the 30 trainees is a team of training experts from Vietnam and Korea, including Hyuk Shin - a music producer who has collaborated with EXO, Shinee, Justin Bieber, and experienced vocal and dance coaches from A-TOP and AUSPICIOUS.
In addition, artists such as Soobin, Toc Tien, and Kay Tran also participated in the program as support and shared practical experiences in the entertainment industry.

After completing this training round, the best contestants will enter the second stage - the program "All-round Rookie" aired in October 2025 on VTV3.
