It's a bit overwhelming in terms of pattern, but it's still pleasing to the eye and cute. I don't like how the skirt had black incorporated into it but not the top. It makes her look a bit bottom heavy. The font is also different, so the top and bottom were most likely paired together by the stylist, not sold that way. I also feel like the skirt is too short for a minor to be performing in, especially considering how long her legs are. I think the red extensions and her whole hairstyle is adorable! The necklace is a good addition too.

I give this outfit a 10/10. It's super cute and I love how her pink hair contrasts with the white of her outfit. The gem belt on her skirt is cute too.
