Why don't we have other staff positions? And how come we can't apply to be mods (i'd never wanna be a mod but like it makes it seem very...dictatorship-like)

No not the number of mods, it's like I feel like if us users think a mod should be replaces, it should be put up to a vote or smth and then we choose. Because it lowkey isn't fair since ya know mods are bacically like presidents of the forums
