So on February 15, I pre-ordered Ateez's Zero: Fever part 2 album from kpopshop. The last two times I've pre-ordered albums were both from Amazon, but there were so many sellers under the name Ateez selling the album that I didn't trust myself to buy from the correct, actual seller. The first album I bought almost a whole month before the release date and got the album on the same day, but the second album I bought was two days before the release date and I didn't receive it until about a week and a half after the release date.
So then, here's my question: is kpopshop a trustworthy website to purchase from? I'm only asking because the app I use to keep track of my orders outside of Amazon ("Shop: package and order tracker") has every single other order tracker to the best of its ability and is able to say when an order is shipped or in transit, however my Fever pt. 2 album is still only marked as "order placed" and there's no tracking number. The album was released March 1, and at the time I'm posting this it has been almost exactly a week since the album has been released. Has anyone else experienced this and/or not received an album from them? I live in the U.S. if this changes the experience.
(I'm really hoping I'll get the album in the mail safely. I spent almost $90 on it, and thank fuck kpopshop doesn't charge for shipping.)
