NewJeans is a girl group formed by ADOR (subsidiary of HYBE).
The group consists of 5 members: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein.
They made their official debut on August 1, 2022 with their launched debut album - days after their pre-released tracks, including their title track ‘Attention’.

also was I the only one from when I got into newjeans who had trouble learning haerin and hyein because they looked similar, now they don't because, idek why, maybe because i've gotten into them more, but when I first got into them and watched attention. Just me?

Oh same! I also had trouble differentiating which one was Haerin and which one was Hyein since like you said, they both looked similar and now I can fully recognise them.
