During NCT 127's promoting for Punch, fans noticed that Johnny seemed to be covering something up. During the Beyond Live Performance, fans actually got a view of what it was: a tattoo!

Johnny later confirmed that the tattoo was indeed real and that the meaning behind it was the positive message the sunflowers have. That even in the face of adversity, they always turn towards the sun and grow, thrive in the sunlight.

Personally, I like the tattoo and the meaning behind it. I think its very fitting for Johnny and his always upbeat, happy attitude.
