Just out of curiosity does anyone practice any form of martial arts or even just interested in it? Im honestly just posting this to post it but Im also curious.

I do Taekwondo, karate, jujitsu aikido, judo mainly coz my parents want me to learn how to defend myself
You know I probably should've opened it up to all sports, that might've been more interesting I'll do that later I guess
Oh hello again, that all sounds pretty cool - if not a lot of work - but what is aikido? I've heard of it before but never really looked into it

It was awesome, I loved it but I ended up moving so I kinda had to stop doing it

Karate and Boxing

It helps you have discipline and you can release all your anger, sadness, so it's great
