The agency revealed that a location tracking device was discovered on a vehicle used for ATEEZ’s activities and warns that strong legal action will be taken against the culprit who planted the device.

Thank you to the fans who always care for and support ATEEZ.
Although we have informed about fan club etiquette, private schedules, and prohibition of visiting private spaces several times before, there are still cases of invasion of privacy through illegal activities.
In addition, despite the restraints of the staff, not only the company's work, but also the artists are suffering psychological pain due to excessive behavior such as following unofficial schedules and private spaces for personal gain.
In particular, we have recently caught a situation where an artist's work vehicle has been secretly attached to a location tracking device to illegally collect location information. We have requested the competent police station to pursue them, and we will punish them without any leniency or agreement.
In the future, we will continue to take legal action, including the existing blacklist system, for acts that infringe on the privacy of artists, and we will exclude all fan participation and activities without prior notice.
We are also receiving reports to eradicate the invasion of artist privacy, so we ask for your cooperation.
