KISS OF LIFE has lost many fans because of their Livestream.
They did cultural appropriation and acted as African Americans.
They have now apologized to the public and have written and hand-written apology.
I think that even after this incident they should receive less backlash because they have figured out there mistake and before the live they said for them not to get unstanded.

I think that sometimes people are exaggerating. From what I know about what happened, I don't understand why people started saying that they wanted to do something, shall we say, bad?, like make fun of the culture. I think that... well, they just wore chains and those style clothes, I don't know how to say it, and honestly it doesn't seem like they did anything bad to me, they were just celebrating the birthday. They... they didn't say they wanted to make fun of the culture, I think they just wanted to have fun?

Of course, I also think that they were right to apologize. While I think the public, um, overdid it a bit?, I also think that KISS OF LIFE could have shown their appreciation for the culture in another way.

Kiss Of Life has done something like this in the past and said that they learned their lesson. It's very sad to see this happen again because it hurts their image has a whole because of the disrespectful their doing and they have a tour coming so who knows what some fans or people might do then.

They told fans not to leave the fandom before the livestream, they knew it was wrong and decided to do it anyway. Acting as stereotypes of black people, using blaccents and aave, Haneul's cornrows?? When is enough finally enough? Their group name comes from a song by a black woman, their music and style comes from black people a lot of their fans are young black women. and yet they turn around and bite the hand that feeds them, acting a fool, and making a mockery of the same people who have built up their careers. That's why people are so upset, and because so many of their fans are black, their online fan accounts are shutting down. No one wants to support people who sees their existence as a joke or a "concept" to copy. They knew better, they know better. Myself and other black kpop stans loved them for their music as it is familiar to the kinds of music and artists we grew up listening to. I can't believe the time and love I had for them was spent on funding mockery and jokes at me. Because not only did they mock black people and black culture, they also mocked Chicano culture with that "Lil Taco Belle" nickname that they thought was SO funny. So disappointing because they're talented girls who have had to work extremely hard for their success and to see them do this to their own careers is just disheartening. I was even Julie biased and forgave her for the her previously using the n-word and apologizing because I believed in her ability to learn and change. A double whammy from both sides of myself ( I am mixed with black and mexican) on my bias' birthday, with an idea SHE chose to do... yeah, I have to withdraw my support and I will have to until they show that they've genuinely learned and give a genuine apology.

I agree with you 100% and for me since I am black so it made me upset because I have been stanning this group from the beginning and still they have made lots of mistakes like this but this time is different because of the stereotypes, black accents , Haneul's cornrows! Like what and your right their music style even down to their fans and group name have black people involed in it. but then they are being super disrespectful do not just black people but also Chicano culture.

I've seen how everyone feels about the situation but as a black person myself, kiof was one of my most fave ggs up until this happened.
I did take them out of my stan bc what Belle was unexpected yet rude as hell, everything they did wasn't right but I think that Belle and Natty ruined it the most
