Okay before we begin with this long ass angry ranting post let me start by explaining.
I follow Big Hit Entertainment on Instagram...and through the stories they had posted a website called BTS Merchandise...I went to this website and they had all the MOTS 7 cards for sale for a low price of $30, the listing stated they were Official, while i spent hours contemplating on this purchase i looked over their site, other cards on this site stated "LOMO" on them. So I'm thinking okay these must be the real deal. I only wanted the black swan cards and already had suga that i got from my actual album so i bought them. I decided to resell them. Most of the customers were happy , except one. I put these on ebay, and she just accused me of everything left and right, said i knowingly knew these were fake and me shipping them in a bubble mailer big enough for photo cards was negligent on my part and i didn't care how collectors felt. I was speaking to Ebay for days and they told me I didn't violate any policies they don't see any reason i should refund the seller. So when I saw today (as the case was going to close today) I had negative feedback..so I contacted Ebay. Suddenly tells me that i need to provide proof of authenticity for these cards for them to see that I'm not lying i'm like say what? They don't even make those, so i provide the link and the screen shot of my order and receipt...they still sided with the buyer so i requested a phone call...while in this phone call i get ALLL of my bts listings that had to do with the cards flagged, an email telling me that BIG HIT THEMSELVES complained...and that I am flagged to not sell any BTS Cards going forward....now i'm pissed...This went from a disgruntled selfish buyer to now i'm accused of copy-write infringement on cards that thousands of people sell every day.. I have searched everywhere for emails to big hit whatever i found i wrote to it even on Instagram..because if i'm going to be accused of something you bet your butt i'm reporting the site...I tried to contact the website prior even selling the cards and I got no responses, i just went ahead and decided to sell it. Those familiar with instagram know that stories get posted at the top and you can't really find them again once you view it, i have shown friends before some sites that came through a story with big hit/sm entertainment cokodive being one of them. so i'm accused of being a liar making this up.

When i received the cards they looked just like the one i pulled from the album maybe a slight off color but i thought maybe this is just a manufacturing printing error, or maybe this site gets the cards that don't exactly come out right and that's why this was a good deal. So when I listed them on ebay I listed them with the name of the card the series but i NEVER said official or unofficial because I couldn't validate the information, I didn't want to screw myself over let alone rip someone off....Now I don't have to refund this buyer til i get the items back, but even when I do get the items back I'm not allowed to resell them because my account is flagged. I'm very upset over this because as Ebay stated Big Hit contacted them....so this customer went as far as to involve big hit...and I really don't know how to contact big hit to alert them of this website if they even know about it or what I should do from here.
It says i should contact the rights owner but I don't even know where to begin?! Any advice would be great. I'm not a thief, I bought the set because I really wanted it too, so in a way I got ripped off and unknowingly upset this buyer...I know I can't please everyone but this is a shitty situation.
