Jungkook BTS stirs up the opening of the World Cup

Jungkook BTS sang the song "Dreamers" at the opening ceremony of the World Cup at Al Bayt Stadium, Al Khor city, on November 20.

Jungkook's song was just revealed a few hours before the ceremony. The song has a vibrant melody, talking about the desire to conquer dreams. On Youtube, audiences from many countries praised "Dreamers" as catchy song and easy to listen to.

I'm not really sure why Jungkook performed, outside of south korea being in the tournament. No other artists representing countries performed except Morgan Freeman (who isn't even a singer he did a speech). It would make sense if it was 2002 when South Korea/Japan hosted, but it's Qatar!
I have no clue wtf FIFA is doing. First they give Vinicius an 80 rated card and now this? Make it make sense!
