Is this an orb?

So basically the other day I went on a walk along a river down the side of a bridge, and the sky looked pretty so I took a pic. Later when I looked at it, it had this is the corner

(This is a screenshot of the original picture) I think its a orb because recently somebody died right on that spot (They committed su*cide by jumping off) But I dont really know. Any thoughts?

Idk if this a religious sort of idea or not so I hope this doesn’t offend anyone.
But as far as I know that’s a sun flare and it occurs when taking photos with the sun shining onto your camera.
I get them a lot as a photography student

yeah sort of looks like a sun flare to me but I'm not super knowledgable in orbs so I can't really say....
super unfortunate what happened there tho

I mean, I know that its probably a sun flair, but it just seems a bit weird to me how it is in the exact same spot where somebody passed away. But maybe im just not being rational

that is a bit mystifying if you believe in that type of stuff i'd say it's possible but when i've watched things with orbs they weren't so bright and predominant like that, so i wouldn't think so but it is strange.
