The thread title style applies to all threads started by you, including those made in the past. There is no need to buy another thread title style, unless you want to have multiple configurations to choose from.
The title style also will only apply when you have the item active in your inventory. If you choose to hide it, it will disable the title style until you decide to activate it again.
