So, after breaking the recommended social distancing rules, both Jaehyun and Cha Eun Woo have written apology notes by hand and posted them on the internet. However, people are now upset because the two notes seem similar (as in they have the same kind of sentences) with a difference being that Jaehyun's letter mentions medical staff. People now think that they might have asked each other what to write in the letters instead of being original.

Thoughts?

Personally, I think it just comes down to the situation. They are both apologizing for the same incident which happened at the same time and under the same circumstances. In that case, there isn't much room for variety in an apology note. It just seems to me that they were both covering their bases and their notes happened to be similar.

I agree with what you said.
Also their companies definitely looked over those letters before they were released, so there's a good chance the similarities are just phrases often used my companies in situations like this.
Yes, more than likely, they both had help from their managers in what to write because the managers would know what to write in a situation like this that would appease the company and their fans (or supposed to anyway). I really just wish people would let it go and stop blowing up over it.

I agree. If you notice carefully , most of the critics are people who are only looking for a flaw to pick out in such idols. They don't provide constructive criticism, it's hands-down hate commentary.
