Since BtoB Ilhoon's departure from the group due to marijuana use went viral recently, does any of you recall any idols who jeopardise or ruin their career due to illegal drug usage as well?
True, in a positive light.. B.I went from a bg, to leaving, to being improving his career. I think that's one hell of an improvement. For the most part I don't think that it should have ruined/jeopardized their careers but:
Park Bom
Wonho (even tho he was innocent)
B.I
Seungri (sorta)
TOP
G Dragon
Speaking of Park Bom, the incident didn't really ruin her career either. It was later proved that the "drugs" that she has taken are actually part of her ADD prescription. It was just unfortunate for her that the medication was illegal in Korea. So problem solved for Park Bom. In fact, I'm glad that she has announced for a comeback after a successful weight loss. She looks stunningFor the most part I don't think that it should have ruined/jeopardized their careers but:

Yeah I knew about the situation. I would't say 'problem solved'. The medication she was smuggling in was still illegal in Korea. So despite her good intentions, she was still breaking the law. It didn't ruin her career but it took a significant amount of time for her to gain back people's respect.Speaking of Park Bom, the incident didn't really ruin her career either. It looks like Bigbang still has a pretty big following considering how many scandals and crap they've hadFor the most part I don't think that it should have ruined/jeopardized their careers but:

They really were the first super popular kpop group. I also think there is a aspect of sexism, as if this were a female group they would be banished to the underworld or some shit.It looks like Bigbang still has a pretty big following considering how many scandals and crap they've had
I still like TOP, G-Dragon, and Wonho (even tho he's not in BigBang) but yeah its surprising that BigBang is still popular even tho they were in a lot scandals and rumorsIt looks like Bigbang still has a pretty big following considering how many scandals and crap they've had

I just think of Big Bang as 4.
Even though he didn't directly do anything (that we know of), he was still a bystander to many crimes he could have stopped.
