how do you create a poll on kprofiles (not forums)

im trying to create a post asking who owned this certain era but i don't know how to create a poll, can someone help?

If you go to settings and then democracy poll, you'll be able to make one there. When you're done, just copy the democracy id (for example, [democracy id="1234"]) and paste it onto your post.
