(G)i-dle to Release New Song Without Soojin

It has been announced that (G)i-dle will be releasing a new songs called "Last Dance (Prod. GroovyRoom)".
It will be released on the UNIVERSE app platform. I believe this is the same one that IZ*ONE's "D-D-Dance" was released on.
According to CUBE the 5 other members rerecorded the song so that Soojin would no longer be in it.
However, the music video for the song will feature Soojin. It was filmed in February before her bullying scandal rose. And it was deemed to costly to edit the video to exclude Soojin. In addition, the making of will not be edited for this same reason.

What do you think about this decision for Cube. I think it's a good job considering Soojin is on hiatus and there would be a lot of backlash if she remained on the song. I still think there will be a lot of outrage for her being in the mv.

They could have at least let her sing and not put her in the clip

I personally think leaving her out is a good idea until her scandal simmers a little bit more.
The song and the rest of the members would get a huge amount of backlash if she was included.
Hopefully she will be able to come back soon. but idk this scandal could potentially ruin her career, and I wouldn't be upset if it did if the allegations are true. Let's all remember what she is accused of, and how strong the evidence is against her. I'm sure most of us have experienced bullying, so we shouldn't let one case slide cause she's your idol. I'm hoping she didn't actually do it for the sake of everyone.

That’s fair, remember Jay Park. He just kinda fell off the face of the earth for a bit, then came back and posted a few youtube covers. Look at him now, he’s worldwide famous and most people have forgotten about the scandal in question (when he was younger he posted about how he didn’t like korea, which is stupid to get in trouble for bc you’re a kid all alone in a different country, yeah, cut him some slack) If Soojin just stays out of the spotlight for a while, it may actually be in her favour.
