FIRST5 is an emerging Indian boy band that officially debuted on December 8, 2024, with their single "Tu Aadatein." The group was conceived by content creator and music enthusiast Aksh Baghla, who boasts a substantial following of over three million subscribers on YouTube. Aksh initially garnered attention through his creative mashups and "1 Guy, 30 Voices" videos. In 2023, he held auditions via his social media platforms to form the group. However, due to financial constraints, Aksh transitioned from a performing member to assume the roles of manager and investor, enabling him to focus on the group's strategic development behind the scenes.

The name FIRST5 was originally chosen to represent the band’s five-member lineup. However, prior to their official debut, Aksh's shift from performer to manager led to the group continuing as a four-member ensemble. Despite this change, the band retained the name FIRST5 as a tribute to its original formation.

Information regarding FIRST5's pre-debut activities remains relatively limited. The group did not release any songs or teasers prior to their official debut. Aksh Baghla, the group's founder, first gained widespread recognition in 2016 with his viral YouTube video, "1 Guy 30 Voices (Indian Edition)." In this video, Aksh showcased his remarkable ability to mimic the voices of various artists, both Indian and international, which garnered over 3.5 million views and significantly elevated his public profile. Following this success, he released several popular mashups and covers, further solidifying his position within the digital music scene. Aksh's solo work includes singles such as "Changes" (2022), "Kabhi Kabhi" (2022), "Beekaboo" (2022), and "Tere Jaisa – The Snap Song" (2023), a multilingual Indo-Korean collaboration with Snapchat India. He also collaborated with renowned Punjabi singer and rapper Badshah on his debut single, "Tere Jaisa." Aksh has performed at notable events such as Sunburn Mumbai and YouTube FanFest.

At present, details about the other members of FIRST5 remain scarce. However, it is known that they draw inspiration from a diverse range of artists, including G-Dragon and Jimi Hendrix, infusing their music with a dynamic blend of rock and hip-hop energy.
