What's the maximum file size of an image or/& attachments that you can upload? Are the requirements different all around or not?

GO TO ADMIN PANEL > ADD-ONS AND INSTALL ABSTRACT SIDEBAR TO SEE FORUMS AND SIDEBAR
I thought it was like 1mb-2mb because I once tried to upload smth and it said "Too large" and the image was like 2mb
