Long term leader, ITZY, as their debut era was just really impactful and was one of the moments where it was certain 4th gen was starting. Since they’re one of the first 4th gen groups they’ve naturally just done a lot of things first… now it somewhat feels the market has become a little oversatured and they’re losing that same impact, but nothing will be able to erase the iconicness of ITZY’s first few years

IVE and LE SSERAFIM also have very good potential. Is it too early to call them leaders? Imo yes. They’re just warming up rn so there’s no way to be sure whether they’ll continue the success they had this year. However, I particularly have my eye on IVE and I’m excited to see the directions both groups head in

As respectfully as possible, I “forgot” NewJeans because I don’t like their music. If this was a thread about who I think 4th gen leaders are I would’ve potentially listed them, but since this is a thread about my favourites I focused on groups I stan
