I recommend cutting down on junk food and other unhealthy foods. another thing that helped me lose weight was choosing more healthy snacks. for example, instead of potato chips, i chose eat apple chips instead. (p.s. apple chips are soooo good)

I'm trying to eat less junk food & don't eat late on the evening, I used to go for a walk every day for 1 hour & I'm doing some squats every day.
Also, I've found online some workout programs & stretching exercises. It was hard at the first days (that's the point) but I felt very good & proud for myself!
Personally I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be in shape. You can try which way works better for you (for example you can dance, jogging or play a sport), be patient & treat yourself when you need it♥

my routine is so long! it literally takes me 30-45 minutes to complete. so what i do to keep my self going is: i tell my self "one more minute" or something like "only 5 more squats" and then i repeat saying that in my head so i don't give up. also counting by 10s help-- say if you had to do 30 jumping jacks just count to ten 3 times.
