I have a funny answer to this: I actually don’t know


Recently me and my mum went to Paris together for my 18th birthday, and for that she shared a bedroom. First and second nights, nothing out of the ordinary happened. But on night 3, apparently I was murmering to myself before I suddenly shot up and shuffled to the edge of my bed and just sat there. I know it’s not sleep walking but I was very much fast asleep and have no recollection of this happening. Now, I can’t tell if this was just a one off or if I’m constantly sleep walking and not knowing about it

I don't, but I heard a story of my step brother doing it. They were staying at this hotel and it was raining outside, and my brother walked outside into the rain in his underwear (I was not with them when this happened, thank goodness)
