Boa's brother passes away at age 39

On September 5, after a long battle against cancer, Boa's brother and director Kwon Soon-wook passes away at age 39.

In May earlier this year, Kwon Soon-wook revealed that he'd been diagnosed with stage 4 peritoneal cancer.
On his instagram he thanked the people cheering him on, saying that while the treatment is extremely painful he will do his best to endure it.


The mortuary will be prepared and the funeral will be held in room 33 of Ansan Hospital Funeral Hall on September 7.
According to his family, the funeral will be held only with relatives in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
