JTG Entertainment announced they've been acquired by Star Wave Entertainment, and the group have disbanded after their discussions with the members. Johyun, who has an ongoing contract with JTG Entertainment, will be joining Star Wave Entertainment, while Sehyung has decided to dissolve her contract.

As a result, JTG Entertainment has decided to end the girl group Berry Good after careful consideration. Thank you for caring about and loving Berry Good. Please continue to give a lot of encouragement and support to the members who left Berry Good and went their own way."
