I'm not but I am at the same time. If I don't think you're anything to me or you're just meh, I'll say it 1st bc to me at that time they're just words. But if I'm genuinely in love with you I'll be careful with how and when I say it.

But if were friends and I'm not confessing to you I'll say I love you like a sis/bro bc you're paternal.

well relationship or like dating wise i used to say it all the time. honestly whether i loved them or not. but i kind of learned what love is actually like and so then i won't say ily for a while although i do say it platonically a lot c:
