I dunno what an e-girl/e-boy is either, but from what my friends explained, VSCO girls are people who "attempt" to save the turtles by changing their plastic straws into metal straws so it would 'reduce the amount of plastic in the ocean' and uses hydro flasks covered with stickers. They use terms like, "And I oop-" and "Sksksksksksksksksksks," etc.
