The more I ready about Jimin & Mina situation the more I think did Jimin had some connection to people with high position in the company?

What makes me think that is: Jimin was a bully but we know that none of the girls stood up when it came to bullying. And I'm not trying to blame other girls if it might look like I am blaming them. It's just if all or most of them stood up then Jimin would lose her power as a bully. (And Mina also said she did everything she wanted, she brought people to the dorm when she wanted). And I'm wondering if girls were afraid of just Jimin or because she might had a good friendly relationship with people who had high position in a company. And that's wny no one stood up?

I loved aoa but I never really knew much about the members & I lost the interest when Choa left because Choa was the aoa sound to me.
So do any hardcore fans have any theories about why all of them never really stood up to Jimin?

that seems likely, since mina said that when she told the company about jimins bullying, they ignored her, probably because she had connections, but maybe they just thought mina was lying and trying to bring jimin down from her higher rank in the group and company. i still think something happened behind the scenes that neither mina nor jimin told us about, that caused this bullying and jimins rage against mina, because it couldnt be that she hated mina so much due to her being emotional and late for a dance practise.. maybe we will never find out, so we can theorise, as long as its respectfull and doesnt step over theyre line of privacy

You know in most bullying cases there s bystander s? Well I think that's what the mother AOA members were.
I also think the y might have been afraid to tell or they did but the agency might have favored jimin more so that's why she got away with it. And as we can see the company was pretty strick with them so maybe the company didn't care.

The psychology major in me is about to come out, prepare yourselves.
There are a number of factors which could point to why the bullying continued on for so long. The biggest point surrounds Jimin's role in the group.
Jimin was the leader, therefore she had a level of authority that none of the other members had. This also means that the company trusts her more, and will believe her side of the story. She was also one of the older members of the group, so according to Korean culture, she would have to be addressed with more respect and would be more likely to be believed.
The amount of power that Jimin had must have been extremely intimidating to everyone in the group. They probably felt like they couldn't stand up, and if they did, they were scared of the backlash they would face.
I think originally the other members probably tried to protect Mina, as in one of their statements they expressed their confusion over why Jimin was targeting her. After a period of time, it probably became a normal environment for them, no matter how upsetting it was. The other members felt powerless in the situation.
In another reality, this kind of bullying situation could lead to the other members joining Jimin and ganging up on Mina. They would be doing this out of fear of becoming a victim, and not fitting into the social norms set by Jimin.

Examples of this happening in real life are the Holocaust and even fictionally through Voldemort in the Harry Potter series.

Certain psychological conditions can make anybody do something horrible or let it happen.
Other factors to consider is AOA's state.
AOA is the first idol group under their company, FNC Entertainment, so they had a lot of expectations riding on them.
AOA has also never been viewed as I guess a top tier group in terms of popularity, brand value, and sales.
Much of AOA's popularity seems to come from the individual members activities, and for a short period of time surrounding some of their comebacks.
I think the girls thought that if they did bring up the bullying to the company it could lead to them being kicked out or the group disbanding. The group never had the same level of security as say Apink, 2NE1, Sistar, Red Velvet, SNSD, 2NE1, and other early 3rd gen/late 2nd gen girl groups.
Of course the members should of spoken out, but I don't think they knew that they could.
They were in such a pressurized situation, where they had to put themselves and others on the back burner.

Bullies, especially ones with a lot of power, can seem impossible to conquer, and I think that is how the other members felt, in regards to Jimin and Mina.
I hope that this being brought to light can make Mina consider her importance to the world and herself.

In another reality, this kind of bullying situation could lead to the other members joining Jimin and ganging up on Mina. They would be doing this out of fear of becoming a victim, and not fitting into the social norms set by Jimin.

Certain psychological conditions can make anybody do something horrible or let it happen.
Other factors to consider is AOA's state.
AOA is the first idol group under their company, FNC Entertainment, so they had a lot of expectations riding on them.
AOA has also never been viewed as I guess a top tier group in terms of popularity, brand value, and sales.
Much of AOA's popularity seems to come from the individual members activities, and for a short period of time surrounding some of their comebacks.
I think the girls thought that if they did bring up the bullying to the company it could lead to them being kicked out or the group disbanding. The group never had the same level of security as say Apink, 2NE1, Sistar, Red Velvet, SNSD, 2NE1, and other early 3rd gen/late 2nd gen girl groups.
Of course the members should of spoken out, but I don't think they knew that they could.
They were in such a pressurized situation, where they had to put themselves and others on the back burner.

Bullies, especially ones with a lot of power, can seem impossible to conquer, and I think that is how the other members felt, in regards to Jimin and Mina.
I hope that this being brought to light can make Mina consider her importance to the world and herself.

It says "Jimin and Mina situation right away & bully" there was also Choa's name in my post and aoa so it's clear they did not read anything or... because I see this a lot people just love to spam about bts when it's not even about them. And they also spam it when they know it's not about their idols. I've seen people to tweet photoshopped pics of Jimin's bts and Mina's Twice "just for the lols". And they knew it was not about them, they were just trying to be "funny".

I don't think everything needs to be in the title like "aoa Jimin bullying Mina" because the purpose of the post is to read what the person posted. They need to understand that bts Jimin is not the only Jimin on this planet.

From what I’ve read Choa never liked Jimin and I think Younkyung had her problems with her too.
I’ve heard Seolhyun and Jimin were close but I’m not sure about the other members.
I think it’s likely that the members felt powerless around Jimin as I’ve heard Mina still remains in good contact with all the other members except Jimin. They also took care of her on the day everything was spilt

I think the other AOA members were to scared to speak up or something either because of FNC or Jimin.
And I think Choa had to do with the bullying which was why Choa left. Choa was following the other members but not Jimin so that’s something.
