Hi! Today's topic is Red Velvet Seulgi diet!
Kang Seulgi (강슬기) is born on February 10 (My Birthday), 1994. She is the main dancer and lead vocalist of Red Velvet.
Height: 1.61 cm (5'3'')
Weight: 44 kg (97 lbs)
In 2017 Seulgi revealed her extreme diet before their debut, when she was on her diet she said she felt sad and was thinking of quitting.
All of the members was dieting that time , she said her weight wasnt that much different from now, but the company asked her to lose more.
I have seen a lot of youtuber doing this diet and losing a lot of weight for small amount of time, which is very unhealthy and can do something to your health.
She said her diet consisted only of soy milk , when she felt extremly hungry , she drinked one cup of soy milk. You cant drink only soy milk for the whole day , okay?
This is only intaking 200-500 cals for the whole day, and when you lose that weight and start eating more you will start gaining weight. For her diet is better to intake 900-1100 cals a day ! Now she is on a very healthy diet which consist of vegetables,protein,fuits and carbs... For her workout, she is doing yoga or pilates and lets not forget she dance a lot!
!!!!! Please dont do this kind of diet! You need power and the soy milk doesnt give you power!!!!!
