i wouldnt say youre severely manic or anything, i have the same issues but i have other issues that it lies under

Uhhh...well I lwk hear things that aren't there but not in the head and not schizo cuz its right in my ear, i see things that aren't natural and I freeze at the always happen at night </3 and my legs give out and that's when I usually snap out of it and I usually fall before I get to my porch </3

It could also be too much pressure with stress & anxiety or cause you have overstimulation towards the brain

it might be fear induced, i truly dont think youre manic because so many more factors would have to come into play but your brain might be overworked or WAS for a bit and your senses are a bit too on guard/sensitive ykwim?
