okay so
you show a rejection sensitivity which is basically when you take a small form of rejection a bit much farther than you should yk
in neurodivergency its common for people to react/feel stronger (COUGHCOUGH....)
theres also some inattention issues FROM WHAT YOUVE TOLD ME...and from the twiddling thumbs thing and stomping and stuff, that could be either js being antsy or hyperactivity
also impulsivity
IM GUESSING you say stuff sometimes without thinking before hand, which isnt in your control
in adhd there are emotional outbursts but idk if youre familiar with those
i do believe mood swings go under adhd too but youre also growing up and i was like you in 5th grade so

ive been reading this graphic novel abt like 2 kids girl and boy escaping north korea its really cool
