The Constitutional Court Ruled that Goo Hara's Mother Can't Receive Inheritance. The Constitutional Court has now ruled that "Article 112, which allows inheritance to direct parents, children, and spouses of the deceased is unconstitutional. This means family members who neglected or abused the deceased is against justice and common sense".
