Help with media adding in the post

Hi, the image button to add images and medias is not working for me. I refreshed several times since morning. What is the issue?

I checked before sending the screenshot, the issue still persists.
I used attach files option

I am using chrome in my mobile. But I tried in my mom's phone browser and it works alright.
