Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer. So you take it if you had a headache or a cold. Sometimes even the flu. It helps with most pain.

Omeprazole is a acid reducer for the stomach so it doesn't hurt as much and gets rid of the pain sometimes.

Taking them together could be negative or positive. With me its positive. But that's not the same for anyone. So yes.
