HONESTLY, this might sound VERY something else but if you do have rice. I would def prefer grabbing a clean sock and putting rice in the sock, then tie it ofc then lastly put it in the microwave for like 30 seconds THEN boom you have a nice heating pad. well... nice heating sock pad..
